RAW CHOCOLATE RECIPE

I’m sharing my favourite raw chocolate recipe today, in the hope that it will give you a healthy yet delicious idea for a handmade Christmas pressie. It’s super-easy and you can double the recipe to make a bigger batch!

RAW CHOCOLATE

2 tbpsn. coconut oil

2 tbpsn. tahini

1 tbspn. maple syrup

1 1/2 tbpsn. cacao powder

1/2 tbpsn maca powder

sprinkle of sea salt

splash of vanilla essence



Method:

Melt the wet ingredients in a pot over medium/low heat.

Add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to combine.

Pour into moulds (silicone trays work best) and pop into the freezer.

For variation you can add a nut in the bottom of the mould, or a blob of almond butter, slivered almonds, goji berries, grated orange peel, rose petals - whatever your heart desires!
