RECOVERING FROM COVID-19

I am seeing lots of people mid-Covid or post-infection. My advice is simple but important:

- rest rest rest - it takes 7 - 10 days for viruses to self limit, so they stop creating symptoms in the body, so rest for this entire period. If you push yourself I’m seeing patients end up right back where they started

- Covid depletes vitamin C, zinc, iron and Vitamin D, so top up on these vitamins asap - if you still don't feel amazing 2 weeks post I would consider an IV infusion of Vitamin C - check out IV league drips for home-delivered infusions (especially if you have comorbidities or excessive inflammation or a previous history of adrenal fatigue)

- loads of well cooked slow cooked easily digested foods, soups and stews and broths

- loads of filtered water

- limit intense exercise until your energy has returned completely to normal

- clear your energy, the virus seems to hold heavy dark energy, where your thoughts can be dark and overwhelming, use sage, palo santo, rosemary or theives oil to clear your energy field and your home
