During this 10-day course you will be given all of my favourite tools and techniques to drop into a deep state of calm and peace. These techniques help to create deep connections with your self, your loved ones and your children. They help you to engage mindfulness and visualisations in order to bring your awareness to difficult situations and patterning you may want to change within yourself and you parenting. During the 10 days we will focus on nourishment of the body and my quick and easy techniques to make sure you are nourished when managing busy schedules.
