HIGH-PROTEIN CHOCOLATE FUDGE BALLS
These Chocolate Fudge Balls are high protein and absolutely DELICIOUS. This is a crowd favourite, straight from The Guided Cleanse recipes.
Ingredients:
½ cup macadamias
¾ cup pecans
1 cup dates
¾ desiccated coconut
5 tbsp. raw cacao powder
5 tbsp. protein powder
3 tbsp. coconut oil
2 tbsp. coconut nectar (or maple syrup)
1 pinch salt
For coating:
¼ cup desiccated coconut
Method:
1. Add all of the ingredients except macadamias in a food processor and
pulse until the mixture comes together.
2. Taking one macadamia, roll the mixture around it and shape into small balls.
3. Coat in coconut and keep in the fridge.
