HIGH-PROTEIN CHOCOLATE FUDGE BALLS

These Chocolate Fudge Balls are high protein and absolutely DELICIOUS. This is a crowd favourite, straight from The Guided Cleanse recipes.

Ingredients:⁠
½ cup macadamias⁠
¾ cup pecans⁠
1 cup dates⁠
¾ desiccated coconut⁠
5 tbsp. raw cacao powder⁠
5 tbsp. protein powder⁠
3 tbsp. coconut oil⁠
2 tbsp. coconut nectar⁠ (or maple syrup)
1 pinch salt⁠

For coating:⁠
¼ cup desiccated coconut⁠

Method:⁠
1. Add all of the ingredients except macadamias in a food processor and⁠
pulse until the mixture comes together.⁠
2. Taking one macadamia, roll the mixture around it and shape into small balls.⁠
3. Coat in coconut and keep in the fridge. ⁠
