CONNECTING BACK TO YOURSELF
One of the things I LOVE most about being a Naturopath and a woman in the world is noticing the connection or relationship that we have to our environment. We are organisms responding to our outer world, the people, our food, the air quality and the sunlight, the trees and the moon, the list goes on. We are always interacting with those things whether we know it or not. In my practice, I'm never just treating the individual person without big discussions around what drives you, what your mind is telling you, how connected you are to the spirit or nature. Whether you derive a deep connection with the people and environment around you. It is all 100% relevant to our physical body and treating the individual in front of me.
I make recommendations to move patients further towards themselves by way of complementary treatments like kinesiology, therapy, books, podcasts, rituals, ceremonies or even something as simple as taking one deep breath per day.
I hope the below might be helpful to you, so I'm sharing the tools I use to connect back to myself day-to-day or to help support a conscious change towards thriving rather than just surviving...
