WEDNESDAY WISDOM IN ISOLATION - MANAGING YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
Given the current situation with the second wave of Coronavirus cases on the rise, I felt that it was a good time to re-release the Wednesday Wisdom in Isolation talks. First up, we have Dr. Scott Hogan - my mental health guru. Dr. Scott Hogan is a Psychotherapist in private practice in Sydney, specialising in depression, anxiety, addiction, anger management, relationship struggles as well as helping people through life/career transitions. On top of that, Scott is married and a father of 2 young boys.
